A villa to share with family or friends

At Chalet Torralba – Villa @Hotel Osiris, we strive to offer you a quiet and pleasant environment. To ensure this, we kindly ask that you respect the following rules during your stay:

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 16:00 – 22:00

Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00

We strongly recommend informing us in advance of your expected arrival time. Our team will contact you approximately one week before your stay to coordinate your arrival.

Check-in takes place at the reception of Hotel Osiris.

Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID. If the total amount of the reservation has not been paid in advance, it must be paid upon arrival.

The Balearic tourist tax (ecotax) (€2.20 per adult per night) must also be paid (cash or card).

A €500 security deposit is required (cash or card), and will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected.

Coexistence and tranquility

The property is located in a residential area. Respect for neighbors and the hotel environment is essential.

Parties, events, or celebrations are strictly not allowed. Guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times.

Accommodation policy

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property and its outdoor areas.

Stay conditions

- Children of all ages are welcome.

- Guests aged 17 and over are considered adults.

- No extra beds are available.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
