Privacy policies

In accordance with Title II of Law 8/2012 of July 19 on Tourism of the Balearic Islands, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations, which are mandatory for all guests and users of the hotel.

I.- RESERVATIONS AND PRICES. Guests are required to pay the cost of the contracted services at the time of the presentation of the invoice at the establishment itself or under the agreed conditions.

-The Hotel may request prior payment guarantee by credit card for the contracted services, in accordance with what has been agreed.

-Accommodation reservations begin at 2:00 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period and end at 12:00 noon on the day marked as the departure date. For changes, please consult reception. Extending occupancy beyond the specified time will result in the obligation to pay for an additional day. Minors are not permitted to reserve rooms or stay in them unless accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them at all times. The responsible adult must provide a written authorization from the child’s legal guardian. To obtain age-related discounts, proof of age must be provided at check-in with the appropriate documentation (ID, Passport, Family Book, etc.).

-Two persons may not occupy a double room contracted as single use. In such a case, the double-use rate will apply. Only registered hotel guests are permitted access to the rooms.

-Services of the establishment or accommodation units provided at an additional cost are not included in the accommodation price.

II.- OPERATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND SERVICES.

-Room cleaning hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

-Use of the pool loungers is free of charge, but they may not be reserved before 9:00 a.m. Hotel staff may remove loungers left unused for at least 30 consecutive minutes if other guests are waiting to use them, and personal belongings will be transferred to Reception.

-The establishment is only responsible for valuables in accordance with the conditions of safe rental. Please deposit all valuables in the safe. The hotel is not responsible for theft or loss of items not deposited at Reception under safekeeping.

-If you have been provided with an identification card at Reception, it identifies you as a hotel guest. Please carry it with you at all times within the premises.

-If you wish to have your room made up, hang the “Please make up room” sign on the outside of your door. If you do not wish to be disturbed, hang the “Do not disturb” sign.

-The electrical system in your room is 220 Volts.

-Television, Telephone, Internet, Wi-Fi services are provided subject to the technical conditions of the provider. The establishment is not responsible for possible interruptions or the quality of the signal.

-If you notice any damage or malfunction, please contact Reception. We kindly ask you to use the facilities properly, respecting the hotel’s furniture and gardens.

-Please respect areas of the hotel during night and siesta hours. In general, avoid unnecessary noise, especially at night.

-All hotel facilities’ schedules, posted at their entrances, must be respected. Some schedules may change depending on the season.

III.- RIGHT OF ADMISSION

-At the discretion of the hotel management, access or stay in the establishment will be denied in the following cases:

· When the venue has reached full capacity with guests already inside.

· When the closing time of the establishment has been exceeded.

· When the person does not meet the minimum age required to access the premises, according to current regulations.

· When the person attempting to enter has not paid the required fees, where applicable.

· When the person displays violent attitudes, behaves aggressively, causes disturbances, creates dangerous situations or annoyances to other guests, or does not meet hygiene standards.

· When the person carries weapons or objects that could be used as such, except in the case of security forces or licensed private escorts performing their duties.

· When the person is consuming drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, or shows signs of having done so, as well as those who are clearly intoxicated.

· When the person causes noise that disturbs the normal operation of the establishment.

· When the person acts against health and cleanliness of the premises.

· When the person disrupts normal social coexistence within the establishment.

-In any of the above cases, the person remains obligated to pay for any expenses incurred up to the time access or stay was denied.

-Pets are not allowed in the establishment, except for guide dogs.

IV.- RULES DURING YOUR STAY AT THE ESTABLISHMENT

-Guests may only circulate and remain in areas reserved for them, and may not access staff-only or private areas. Attire should be appropriate for each situation.

-Access to the restaurant, buffet, or dining rooms is not permitted wearing work clothes or swimwear, even if dry. Gentlemen are not permitted to wear tank tops under any circumstances.

-It is not permitted to remove food or drink from the dining areas.

-Bringing food or drinks into the hotel for consumption inside the establishment is prohibited. Drinks are not allowed at the pool unless purchased at the Pool Bar.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment, except in outdoor areas.

-Please exercise caution if using an iron in your accommodation.

-Rooms are equipped with an electricity cut-off device that must remain activated while the guest is not in the room.

-Furniture and utensils in the rooms and other areas of the establishment are provided for guests’ comfort and must be used appropriately and respectfully. They remain the property of the establishment. In case of loss, theft, or unjustified damage, the establishment reserves the right to charge the corresponding costs.

V.- SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS DURING YOUR STAY

· Always keep an eye on your luggage; do not leave it unattended.

· Lock your room door when leaving and check it is properly closed, even if leaving for a short time.

· Keep the door locked when inside the room.

· Close your luggage when not in use and place it inside the wardrobe. Always use the lock if available.

· Protect your room key. Do not leave it on the Reception counter. Always return it personally when checking out.

· Do not keep the room key card with any document that indicates the hotel name or room number.

· Report immediately to management any unusual activity such as: suspicious persons in hallways, repeated phone calls from unidentified individuals, knocks on your door from unknown persons, or finding no one outside when you open the door.

· Do not be offended if asked to show identification at Reception or in any other department.

· Do not display jewelry, money, or valuables in your room.

· Do not invite strangers into your room or disclose your room number.

· Do not allow maintenance staff into your room without your request or management’s authorization.

· Do not allow delivery persons into your room if the delivery has not been requested.

· When meeting new acquaintances, do not disclose your hotel name or room number.

· Do not discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.

· Do not show your room key in public areas.

· To avoid accidents, do not use glassware or ceramic items in the pool area.

· Please cooperate if an emergency drill or evacuation is carried out during your stay at the hotel.
