Sending your booking request with your details
Please make sure that the information you have provided in your booking request is correct, paying special attention to your e-mail address.
If you detect any error, please send it again.
We recommend booking your flight or ferry tickets before confirming the reservation at our establishment.
Response time
After checking availability, you will receive our reply to your booking request by e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours.
Reservation validation and payment
If there is availability for your request, our reply will include the total value (VAT 10% included) of the booking along with a reference number.
You will need to make a payment of 15% (minimum charge of 1 night) within a maximum of two working days, either by bank transfer/deposit to our account or by providing your VISA or MASTERCARD number for the charge.
Failure to make the payment within the established deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking request.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
Any bank or transfer fees will be borne by the client.
It is essential that the 15% payment (minimum 1 night) is made in full for the booking to be valid and effective.
In case of errors in our calculations, these are always subject to correction, and the client must pay the correct price.
Description of the establishment
Certain hotel services may incur additional charges, which must be paid directly by the guest.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION CONDITIONS:
The client may cancel the requested or contracted services at any time.
Applicable cancellation/modification fees depend on the advance notice given prior to the scheduled arrival date for each hotel.
Cancellations:
Up to 8 days before arrival: No cancellation fees (except for non-refundable rates or promotions with different conditions).
7 – 3 days before arrival: Charge of 1 night.
2 – 1 days before arrival: Charge of the first 2 nights of accommodation.
Cancellations notified directly to the hotel but not made in writing will not be considered valid.
If the client leaves earlier than the reserved date, cancellations or modifications will only be possible during office hours and with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Modifications:
Up to 8 days before arrival: No charge (subject to availability; reducing the number of nights may result in loss of discounts).
All modifications are subject to availability.
Any costs incurred (bank fees, credit card charges, postage, etc.) to process a full or partial refund to a client will always be borne by the client.
